meet Kristine

Kristine is a creative thinker, problem solver, coach, and champion of Realtors with a flair for determination. These qualities are also sometimes referred to as “grit.”  Kristine's passion for real estate began in 2001, when she spearheaded a campaign to obtain safe drinking water for her neighborhood. After succeeding, a broker encouraged her to obtain her real estate license, and Kristine hit the ground running. Understanding the need for mobile technology and online marketing, Kristine was able to utilize her background in television news to leverage creative advertising for her clients and become one of the youngest top producers in Litchfield County. 

After a successful thirteen year career as a sales agent, Kristine joined the Leadership Team in 2015 for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.   In 2021 Kristine joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty to work as SVP for the company.   She is a Go Giver Speaker and Coach and has worked with author Bob Burg. 

Prior to management, Kristine sold real estate full time as a single mom, and survived the downturn in the market (and rebounded) by choosing to focus on gratitude. She has been a Realtor for over 19 years. After experiencing several personal struggles as a woman and mom of four, Kristine learned to focus on gratitude and rebuilt her life to monumental success. This journey has had a profound effect on her and now she chooses to share it with others. 

Kristine coaches others on how to incorporate the art of gratitude in daily life with a series of easy tools that can alter your mindset, help you live a happier & healthier life, and improve your real estate business. In 2019, she created The Box of Gratitude, a product with everything you need to get started with sending notes of gratitude to others. 

During COVID-19 Kristine began hosting a weekly talk show on Facebook LIVE called “Coffee Talk” with two other Realtors, Melanie Frank and Maria Vitale. Together, they led the charge to inspire and motivate others.  

Utilizing her background in video production, business, writing, and public speaking Kristine launched her online speaking and training platform with the goal of helping others. 

Kristine is passionate about giving back to the community. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Prime Time House, an organization dedicated to assisting adults with mental health needs, and also served as an ambassador for the CT REALTORS® Foundation annual campaign with the Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness, called “Home for the Holidays."

Kristine loves the color blue/green, is usually reading three books at once, and can’t live without ramen (the good kind) and potato chips.
